UPC is currently working with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) to implement the Human Health Risk Assessment and the Remedial Action Plan (RAP), which defines the clean-up process so that the site will be safe, as stipulated by the State of California’s standards, for the conversion of the brownfield site into housing, parks, and stores.
