The Visitacion Valley Redevelopment Program has been over 10 years in the making, but it is only just beginning to enter the most exciting parts of the planning process. With the anticipated adoption of the Visitacion Valley Redevelopment Plan by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in the Spring of 2009, clean-up of site contamination and project-level design finally began. We invite you to stay involved with the project

August 10, 2010: CANCELLED: Visitacion Valley Citizens Advisory Committee meeting. (Download Cancellation Notice)
August 28, 2010: Grocery Store Tour, 10am to 1pm. All are welcome and it's free, but you must RSVP by Monday August 23! Please contact Steven at 415-468-6676x117 or shuang@universalparagoncorp.com to reserve your seat on the bus or for more information. See the Event Flyer.
September 11, 2010: Schlage Lock Site Urban Design Presentation at Visitacion Valley Planning Alliance meeting, 10am to 12 noon at 50 Raymond Avenue (Visitacion Valley Community Center).
September 14, 2010: Visitacion Valley Citizens Advisory Committee meeting, 6 to 8pm at 401 Tunnel Avenue. (Download Agenda)
September 19, 2010: Save the Date for the Leland Street Fair! Lots of fun, food, and music, and neighbors will be waiting for you from 10am to 4pm. Come by UPC's booth for project information. Check with VVBOOM for more information.
